be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of
any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including
negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised

10-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product(s)
you must return within 10 days for a refund or credit minus the shipping charges.
The product(s) must be in the original packaging and be in resaleable condition
to receive credit.
Our intention is to assure that you receive our products exactly as described.
If a product is defective, we will ship another (or parts) at our expense. If
a product is damaged in transit, we will claim insurance from the shipping company,
but this must be done within 10 days. If you allow this time to elapse, no claims
can be made and a return cannot be accepted. We will work with you to assure
that if your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged we will correct same.
